Acceptable Location and Staff
central location friendly staff beautiful hallways difficult entry unhelpful manager unwelcome feeling
The location was very central. It was good for going in and out day and night. The staff were accomodating, and the cleaning staff were friendly. The hallways are beautiful.
I could not gain entry on arrival for the first half hour. I was ringing the doorbell, but no one answered. The manager was not helpful, and she complained about us. I felt not welcome.

mixed feelings about this stay
night noise hard sleep
i was quite disappointed with a few aspects. the noise at night was very disturbing because of the location. it was hard to sleep and relax (even with earplugs, provided, i still struggled).
